Hatozaki 12 Year Old Umeshu Cask Finish is a Japanese whisky from The Kaikyo Distillery, aged for twelve years and finished in umeshu casks.
The brand takes its name from Hatozaki Lighthouse, which has guided sailors into the port of Akashi since 1620 and is the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan. It stands close to the distillery, which chose it as the emblem of its whisky.
