Hatozaki Blended

Hatozaki Blended is a Japanese blended whisky from The Kaikyo Distillery. It contains a minimum of 40% malt whisky, which gives cereal notes and a subtle sweetness alongside a rounded character. It is aged for up to 12 years and made through a two-stage blending process. The whisky is unpeated, of natural colour and non-chill filtered. The nose is delicate and floral. The palate is balanced and aromatic, with floral notes, and the finish is elegant and light, with depth from the malted barley.
