Hatozaki Small Batch is a Japanese whisky vatted from 100% malt whiskies, bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle. The malts were aged in three kinds of cask: imported bourbon casks, imported sherry casks and native Mizunara oak barrels.
The profile is rich, with sweet cereals and malty dried fruit. The finish brings a light touch of smoke and honey.
