Hazelburn 7 Years is a triple-distilled, unpeated single malt made at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown. This bottling was released in 2026.
It spent seven years in oloroso sherry casks, which gives the Hazelburn character a sherry-led maturation.
The nose is elegant and floral, with juicy maraschino cherries, fudge, raisins and dates, then roasted hazelnuts, creamy toffee and a touch of orange oil. The palate is silky and balanced, with dried fruit, caramel, ginger, redcurrant jelly, dark chocolate, cinnamon and roasted walnuts. The finish is long and warming, with cocoa, toasted nuts, spicy oak and sticky toffee pudding.
