As the name says, it follows the Bottled-in-Bond rules: distilled at a single distillery in one season, aged for at least 7 years and bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV.
Heaven Hill is one of the largest independent family-owned distilleries in the United States.
The palate offers caramel and honey, smooth and layered, followed by a long, lingering finish.
