Parker's Heritage Collection 14 Year Old 20th Edition is a barrel-proof Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, released in 2026 in honour of the late Master Distiller Parker Beam. Distilled between October 2011 and January 2012, it matured for 14 years across four rickhouses in a batch of 100 barrels. The mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, with rye backset, a technique Parker Beam championed. It is bottled uncut and non-chill filtered at 59% ABV, and a portion of proceeds supports ALS research. Sweet oak, roasted nuts and citrus oils on the nose. Butterscotch, vanilla, toasted oak and orange peel on the palate, then a lingering oak finish with caramelised sweetness and white pepper.
