Heaven's Door Straight Bourbon is a Tennessee whiskey made in collaboration with the musician and artist Bob Dylan. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It was distilled and aged entirely in Tennessee for a minimum of five years, in new American oak barrels, and is bottled without chill filtration.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted grain and charred oak. The palate is smooth and rounded, with vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toasted oak carries into a warm, lingering finish.
