Hemingway Signature Edition is a rye whiskey blended from straight ryes and finished in rum-seasoned Oloroso sherry casks.
The blend is 90% six-year-old Indiana straight rye and 10% four-year-old Kentucky straight rye, each listed as 95/5.
On the nose it is described as ryegrass, vanilla, raspberry, raisins, baking spices and oak. The palate brings orange and other dark fruits, with chocolate, caramel and spices such as clove and nutmeg.
