Henderson is a blended American whiskey made in Texas by North Texas Distillers, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The blend is built around aged bourbon with a high proportion of rye in the mashbill, and it is matured in used white oak barrels. It has won a silver medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The nose brings banana muffin, buckwheat pancake and vanilla candied walnut, with light rye spice underneath. The palate is satiny and crisp, light to medium in body, with peppery rye, caramel sauce and vanilla. The finish is medium in length, peppery, turning to black liquorice and caramel.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
