This is a 10 year old single barrel bourbon from Henry McKenna, bottled in bond at 50% in a 75cl bottle. The front label carries a handwritten note of the barrel number and the date the barrel was filled, alongside the Bottled-in-Bond designation and the 10 year age statement. The nose combines vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and a subtle herbal note. The palate is rich and smooth with oak, elegant spice and honey-roasted nuts, and the finish is long, sweet and spicy.
