This is a French single malt from Hepp in Alsace, matured in a sherry cask and bottled at 42%. Hepp makes a range of three single malts, and this is the sherry cask version. Its character is of golden fruit, with a round, soft edge and a reminder of Speyside. A peated single malt and an unpeated one complete the range.
