A single barrel bourbon from Heritage Distilling Co, part of the Stiefel's Select series. It is bottled at 47% ABV in a 75cl-style 750ml bottle after four years in new, heavily charred American oak.
The grain bill combines corn, white wheat, rye and barley, and the colour is a rich amber. This barrel gave 260 bottles.
The aroma is toasted oak, vanilla and hazelnut. The taste moves between dry and sweet, with tobacco, toffee and dried apricot.
