Hibiki 100th Anniversary Japanese Harmony

Hibiki Japanese Harmony 100th Anniversary Edition is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky made to mark a century of Suntory. It combines malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The bottle is Hibiki's 24-faceted decanter, representing the 24 hours of the day and the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar, here with a bridge motif inspired by Setsugekka: snow, moon and flowers. The nose has rose, lychee, sandalwood, orange peel and honeyed grain. White peach and a floral sweetness follow on the palate, and the finish carries soft fruit, Mizunara incense and a touch of smoke.
