Hibiki 30 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki 30 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a deep amber in colour. The blend won the Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008, and was named World's Best Blended Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards in 2007 and 2008. The nose brings raisin, prune, leather and sweet chestnut. On the palate come dried fig, brown sugar, apricot jam, cedar and gingerbread, followed by a very rich finish of cinnamon and Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
