Hibiki 30 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It combines grain and malt whiskies aged for 30 years and over, with malt distilled at Yamazaki and Hakushu.
It won awards at the International Spirits Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008, and was named World's Best Blended Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards in 2007 and 2008.
The palate is multi-layered, rich yet mellow and sweet.
