Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a limited edition from Suntory, made by its blenders marrying Hibiki whisky with whisky finished in Sakura casks. This is the 2022 release, made in the same way as the first. The Sakura cask adds gentle floral tones and light spices to the light fruit and creaminess of Hibiki. It is described as smooth, gentle and moreish.
