Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky, combining malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It is amber in colour.
The nose offers rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature woodiness and sandalwood. The palate has a honey-like sweetness with candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is subtle, tender and long, with a hint of Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
