Hibiki Japanese Harmony 100th Anniversary Edition

This is Hibiki Japanese Harmony in a 100th Anniversary Edition, made to mark Suntory Whisky's centenary. The bottle design shows a bridge and the Japanese theme of Setsugekka, snow, moon and flowers, standing for the passing of the seasons. The 24-faceted bottle represents the 24 hours of a day and the 24 seasons of the Japanese year. The colour is amber. The nose offers rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. The palate has honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate, and the finish is long and tender with a hint of Mizunara.
