Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is amber in colour.
The finish carries a touch of Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
On the nose it shows rose, lychee, a little rosemary, ripe woodwork and sandalwood. The palate is honeyed and sweet, with candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is long, soft and subtle.
