A Midwinter Night's Dram Act 12 Scene 7 is a rye whiskey from High West, bottled at 49.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the penultimate expression of the twelfth act in the series.
The release comes from High West's port finishing programme for the year, so port is the cask influence on the rye. The series is built around finishing, and by the twelfth act the distillery has been refining its port finishing techniques for some time.
