High West American Prairie Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbons of varying ages and mash bills from the High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. It is bottled at 46% in a 750ml bottle and is non-chill filtered. A portion of the proceeds supports the American Prairie Reserve conservation effort.
The nose is light caramel and sweet vanilla. The palate is rich and earthy, with candy corn, honey nougat and sweet cornbread biscuits, and the finish is vanilla with a hint of caramel apple and pecan pie.
