High West Bottled in Bond Bourbon is a straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle. As the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897 requires, it was distilled at a single distillery in a single distilling season and aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
It was produced at the High West distillery in Wanship, Utah, entirely from the distillery's own distillate rather than sourced stock.
