- Petite Sirah wine barrel finish
A High West Cask Collection whiskey made by blending the distillery's bourbon and rye and finishing the result in Petite Sirah wine barrels. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The Petite Sirah barrels, which held a thick-skinned, tannic red grape, add colour and fruit intensity. Dark plum, blackberry and dried fig run through the rye spice of the base blend, and the grape tannins give a drying, structured finish.
