A blended straight bourbon from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah, bottled at cask strength in a 750ml bottle. Strength varies from batch to batch, as no water is added after maturation.
It is non-chill filtered. High West bottles most of its range at 46%, so this release is a step up in strength from the standard bourbon.
Being a blend, it brings together straight bourbons of different ages and mash bills. A few drops of water or a large ice cube will open the nose and soften the heat.
