Highland Earl Special Reserve is a blended Scotch whisky bottled by Alistair Graham Ltd at 40% ABV. It is a three-year-old blend matured in oak casks.
The nose is light, with toasted grain, vanilla and green apple, and some drinkers notice a faint wisp of smoke. On the palate it is soft and smooth, with sweet malt, caramel and a touch of oak spice. The finish runs short to medium, dry and slightly woody, with a lingering toffee warmth.
