Highland Park 15 Year Old is a permanent part of the distillery's age-led range, made from casks hand-selected by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion. The distillery's history goes back to 1798.
First-fill European oak sherry seasoned casks bring a warm, dry spice, while first-fill American oak sherry seasoned casks add vanilla and crème brûlée. Refill casks let the gentle heather peat and lightly fruity character come through.
It comes in a ceramic bottle made by the UK specialists Wade, from vitrified porcelain.
