Highland Park 21 Year Old is a single malt Scotch bottled at 46% ABV. The 21 Year Old was named World's Best Single Malt Whisky in 2009, and a decade later Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion selected a new group of 21 year old casks he judged worthy of matching the original.
The colour is a natural deep gold, entirely cask driven.
On the palate, spice and fruit sit on a wave of aromatic smoke. It is fully rounded and smooth, with layered, harmonious flavour.
