Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 2 is the second whisky in the distillery's annual Cask Strength series, bottled at 63.9% ABV and non-chill-filtered.
Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion chose mostly sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, with a small share of ex-bourbon casks.
The tasting notes describe pear, almond cake, toasted oak, licorice and cracked black pepper.
