Highland Park 15 is a 15-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney.
The nose is led by brown sugar, orange zest and toasted cinnamon, with a soft, mild smoke from Orkney's heather peat. On the palate there is a syrupy sweetness with buttery vanilla biscuits, smoke, rich heather honey and lemon peel.
The finish is long, with lingering cinnamon, a creamy undertone and a mild, aromatic peat smoke.
