This is a 16 year old single malt from Highland Park, released at the end of 2025 as a limited edition.
It was created in collaboration with the Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, who holds three Michelin stars.
The whisky matured in a combination of virgin Swedish oak, European and American sherry oak, and ex-bourbon casks.
