This Highland Park is an 18 year old single malt bottled by Signatory for its Ibisco Decanter Collection. It was distilled in 2006, matured in hogsheads and bottled in 2024 at 52% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration.
The nose is fruity, with green apples, pears and fresh citrus alongside soft vanilla, toasted malt, herbs and pale wood. The palate is full, creamy and sweet with spice, bringing grilled pineapple with honey, nectarines, apricots and citrus zest, then glazed smoked ham, green pepper, lightly salty heather and oat biscuits with vanilla cream. The finish is long and oily, with subtle smoke, fruity sweetness, herbs, spice and a little oak.
