Highland Park 18 Year Old is a full-bodied single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney.
A significant proportion of its maturation took place in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks.
The notes include baked cherry, dark chocolate, orange zest, honeycomb and warm spice, with aromatic heather peat smoke. The finish is long, sweet and gently smoky.
