This is an 18-year-old Highland Park single malt from the Orkney Islands, in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured in sherry casks.
The distillery was founded as a legal operation in 1825 and lies north of the Scottish mainland. Part of its malt comes from its own floor maltings, and the peat used for drying the malt is cut from its own ground close to the sea.
