Highland Park – Best Dram 26 Year Old 1999/2026 (55.7%)

This Highland Park was distilled on the Orkney Islands on 30 September 1999 and matured for 26 years in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. Best Dram, the independent label of Whisky Druid in Germany, selected the cask and bottled it on 17 July 2026, yielding 498 bottles at 55.7% ABV. Because the butt was a refill, the influence of the wood stays restrained and leaves room for the distillery's own character. It is bottled at cask strength, with natural colour and no chill filtration. Island smoke and fruit run through the profile, joined by the fine spice of Oloroso sherry.
