Highland Park – Cask Strength Heather (75cl)

This is an Orkney single malt from Highland Park, made entirely with Orkney peat-smoked barley and bottled at natural cask strength. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The whisky was matured in first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak, together with refill casks. The notes mention bonfire smoke, vanilla, dried fruit, creamy marshmallow, nuts and peppery spice, followed by a lingering, aromatic heather smoke.
