Highland Park – Harald

Highland Park Harald is a single malt from the Warrior series, made at the northernmost distillery in Scotland and first created for the travel retail market. It is made from malt dried over peat fire and matured in the cool, maritime climate of Orkney in ex-sherry casks of American and European oak. The result is smoky and peaty, with plenty of sweetness and oak. The nose is floral and smoky, giving way to fruit and peat. The palate is sweet, fruity and nutty, with vanilla and caramel. The finish is short, spicy and smoky.
