Hirsch The Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 63.5% ABV, or 127 proof. It was distilled and bottled by Hirsch Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky.
The bourbon matured for 7.5 years and was then finished in French oak cognac casks, using 30-year-old Hine XO barrels. The mash bill is 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley.
