Hirsch The Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled and bottled by Hirsch Distillers in Bardstown, in a 75cl bottle at 63.5% ABV.
It was aged for 7.5 years in 30-year-old Hine XO barrels, so it is finished in French oak cognac casks. The bottling is a collaboration between Hirsch Whiskey and Hine Cognac. The mash bill is 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley.
