Hirsch The Single Barrel Silver is a bourbon bottled at cask strength, in a 75cl bottle. It is drawn from carefully selected barrels.
It is described as having bold flavours of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, followed by a warming finish.
On the nose there is caramel, vanilla bean and a hint of cinnamon. The palate brings honey, toasted oak and baking spices, and the finish is long, with dried fruit and charred wood.
