Hirsch The Single Barrel White Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at cask strength, 53.7% ABV (107.4 proof), in a 75cl bottle. It first appeared in 2021, in honour of Bourbon Heritage.
The bourbon is aged for 4 years and 8 months in new, charred American oak barrels. The mash bill is 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley.
The nose is rich grain with honey and a hint of vanilla. The palate brings corn, peanut and spice, and the finish is soft, with citrus peel and fresh cinnamon.
