A single cask Tasmanian single malt from Hobart Whisky, bottled at a cask strength of 64.1% ABV without dilution, in a 50cl bottle. Hobart Whisky usually marries whisky from several casks, but this one was bottled on its own.
The whisky was filled into American oak on 2 September 2020 and bottled on 17 September 2026, after six years in the cask. The release yielded 83 bottles.
The nose is red apple, honeycomb and nougat, with smoked fruit cobbler and a hint of green tomato. The palate moves from a light start to a creamy centre of toffee apple, vanilla and roasted nuts. The finish brings marmalade, kiwi, toasted coconut, dark chocolate and a little smoke.
