This single malt comes from Hobart Whisky, a family-owned distillery in Tasmania. It is from Batch 21-007 and is bottled at 56.4% in a 50cl bottle.
It is a vatting of whisky matured for three years in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then moved into a rum cask for two years. It was finally recasked into several fresh, small-format rum casks to add further rum character. It is described as approachable and light drinking.
