Horse With No Name Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Horse With No Name is a Texas bourbon combined with a habanero chilli distillate. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. The bourbon is made from yellow dent Texas corn, soft red winter wheat and six-row malted barley. Once matured, it is infused with a small amount of habanero distillate produced in Germany's Black Forest, which adds a warming spice while the bourbon character remains. The palate opens with vanilla, caramel, honey and toasted oak, then moves to coconut, baking spices and gentle floral tones. The finish is long and spicy, with nutmeg, clove, leather and sweet oak.
