Do The Rye Thing is a New York straight rye whiskey from Hudson Whiskey, described as the state's first straight rye in nearly a century. It is kosher certified. The mash is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and the whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) in a 750ml bottle. In the glass it is bold and spicy, with citrus and honey on the palate and a bright mint finish.
