Hudson Short Stack is a New York straight rye whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a nod to the late-night diners of New York City.
The mash is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The whiskey was aged in American oak for a minimum of three years, then finished in Vermont maple syrup barrels. It is kosher certified.
On the palate, bold rye spice is rounded by a subtle maple sweetness.
