Hyde 10 Years Single Malt Sherry Cask Finish (70cl, 46%)

An Irish single malt aged 10 years and finished in sherry casks, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in copper pot stills. It comes from Hibernia Distillers, an independent bottler in Ireland, whose first release was the Hyde President's Cask brand. The name honours Douglas Hyde, the first President of Ireland, who held the office from 1938 to 1945, in a country that had become independent only in 1922. The release is limited to 5000 bottles.
