Indigenous World Spirits Canadian Single Malt is a small-batch whisky made in British Columbia, in a 75cl bottle.
It is produced from locally grown and malted barley and matured in ex-Port and ex-Cognac casks.
The nose offers sultanas and stewed red berries with vanilla, butterscotch, baking spice and a subtle smoky character. On the palate are sweet grape and Port notes, salted toffee, apricot, cereal, vanilla and spicy oak. The finish is long and warming, with malt sweetness, vanilla, salt, pepper and lingering oak spice.
