Indri Agneya is a lightly peated Indian single malt in a 75cl bottle, matured in sherry and bourbon casks. The name comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "belonging to fire".
It is described as balancing nuttiness and ripe fruit with a gentle smokiness on the palate.
The nose combines delicate chocolate, subtle vanilla, spice, dried apple and apricot, with fruit jam, peat dust and earthy undertones. The palate brings mango, ripe banana, toffee and light spice, then dried peat smoke, with melon alongside. The finish is long, sweet and salty, smooth and smoky, with tropical fruit and soft spice.
