Indri – Founder's Reserve Indian Single Malt Whisky 11 Year Old (70cl, 58.5%)

Indri Founder's Reserve is an 11 year old Indian single malt, bottled at 58.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a tribute to Pt. Kidar Nath Sharma, the man behind the Piccadily group. The whisky is a marriage of malts matured for 11 years in ex-Bordeaux red wine casks in the sub-tropical climate of northern India, where heat and humidity speed up the interaction between spirit and wood. It is described as deep amber in colour, with dried fruit, toasted oak, red berries and subtle spice, leading to a long, elegant finish.
