Indri is a single malt distilled in Indri, in Haryana, near the Himalayan foothills and the Yamuna basin. It is made from indigenous six-row barley, grown in Rajasthan for hundreds of years, and has been maturing since 2010.
The name comes from the Sanskrit word Indriya, which also refers to the senses. It is golden amber in colour and is described as having a nutty depth, with burnt pineapple, citrus and raisins. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
